Services and Specialties

I offer psychotherapy / mental health counseling for individuals and couples, on topics such as self-acceptance, emotional regulation, communication, sexual dysfunction, relationships, and shame/guilt.

I specialize in helping vulva owners who experience sexual hesitance (pain with sex, fear of sex, shame about their sexuality) lead more authentic and satisfying lives - in and out of the bedroom.

I also love working with couples: Perhaps you each desire a different amount of sexual interaction. Perhaps something is off in your partnership… Maybe it’s constant arguments, a lack of feeling loved by your partner, some jealousy, or a low amount of passion. Whatever it is, it often helps to open up your concerns in front of a neutral third party who is able to see blind spots and offer effective tools for healing wounds and keeping the spark alive.

Whether you are seeking individual or couples therapy, I want to help you increase your individual autonomy, own your emotions/experience, and sit in the director’s chair of your life.
